Step 1 – Register with us

The first step to finding the right property is to register with our lettings department by either calling 0191 2750055, emailing info@barriewardrobe.co.uk or visit our website www.barriewardrobe.co.uk

Step 2 – Finding the right home for you

We will listen to your requirements and will endeavor to match you to a home that meets your needs. We have a selection of properties available and we can also keep you updated via email and telephone on any new properties when they become available.

Step 3 – Viewing with us

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm, although we can on occasions offer a range of flexible times outside of normal working hours to accommodate viewings.

Step 4 – Taking steps to secure your home

Once you have identified a suitable property we will communicate your offer to the landlord along with any special conditions that you may have. If your offer is accepted we will organise the following regardless of whether the property is managed or non managed. *ask you to fill out an application form and guide you through the referencing processes and keep you up to date on progress. *arrange signing of the tenancy agreement and all associated paperwork *collect the initial move in monies.

Step 5 – Moving in

Once your application is complete and all paperwork signed, you will be given a set of keys on your agreed move in date. If your property is fully managed we will provide you with your dedicated property consultant’s contact details whom will be with you every step of the way throughout your tenancy.
